Digital Products
All products available on this website are digital products.
After successful payment, customers will receive access to download their purchased product. No physical items will be shipped.
License
Upon purchase, customers receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased products in their own music and other creative projects, including commercial releases.
Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission, customers may not:

Resell or redistribute the original files.

Upload the files to other websites or online marketplaces.

Include the files in another sample pack or digital product.

Claim the original recordings as their own.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not available once a product has been delivered.
An exception applies if payment has been successfully received by the seller but, due to a technical issue, the purchased product cannot be delivered or accessed. In such cases, the customer may request that the product be resent or receive a replacement sample pack of equal or greater value.
Intellectual Property
All products, audio files, graphics, branding, and other content available on this website are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of MVION Records and Paolo Dubrovay.
The purchase of a product grants the customer a license to use the content in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Ownership of the original content is not transferred.
Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or software or hardware compatibility issues resulting from the use of the purchased digital products.
